Advice to you, Royal Family

Am I the only one who doesn't really care about the Royal Wedding? I feel that all this hype about Kate Middleton and Prince William's wedding is over-rated.

The wedding is estimated to cost around 48 million. (Heard on E! News) 48 MILLION?! 

I feel like the country could do a lot more with 48 million. They could downgrade the cost of a beer which currently sits at around $10 USD at local pubs. (Which will KILL my wallet during my study abroad stay) 

They could build a new wing of the Buckingham Palace instead, I mean, don't they want a new wing to themselves anyway?

I just thing this whole event is a crazy and doesn't deserve all this media madness.
